BrilLance Technical Writing (BrilLance) offers a 60-minute consultation to speak with a technical writer and discuss your current situation or challenges or determine if BrilLance is the right fit for your project.

ADVICE
This consult is not meant to be a working session to create, update, or edit documents. Instead, it is an opportunity to discuss your situation or determine if you wish to hire BrilLance.
BrilLance will be able to answer if we have experience with projects similar to yours, what steps we will take for your project, and what options you may have in utilizing our services and
expertise. 

RELATIONSHIP WITH BRILLANCE
Contacting us and participating in a consultation does not create a consultant-client relationship. Please do not send any confidential information to us until we establish a consultant-client relationship.

NO ANSWER
At your appointed consultation, the technical writer will call the number listed on this form. If
there is no answer, the technical writer will leave a message. Suppose you do not call the
technical writer back before ten minutes after the time of your scheduled consultation. In that
case, the technical writer will cancel the appointment, and you will have to schedule another
consultation. 

CANCELLATION
Please cancel your appointment at least four hours before the time of the call. We ask that you send an email to contactme@bril-lancel.com if there are last-minute changes to the phone call.
